I clicked the link to download the T2Shield Installer and nothing happened. What should I do?
The .exe file was downloaded when the link was clicked. To find the file try one of the following:
Click File Explorer->Downloads
or
Click the Three dots, top right hand corner->Downloads
How do I know T2Shield installed properly on my device?
Once we have verified your device is registered with T2Shield, we will send you a confirmation email.
How will I know if T2Shield is protecting me?
You will receive a report from T2Shield once a month and once a quarter.
